This is a brushed finish concrete pad we installed at Sandy Park Stadium in Exeter on behalf or of Aviva Premiership Rugby champions, Exeter Chiefs.
Drying times are 24 hours for foot traffic and 96 hours for light traffic dependent on mix designs used. We only recommend mesh or bar reinforcement in these applications due to the risk of fibres at the surface oxidising and blowing the finished surface.
This type of finish is usually seen to service yards or large industrial parks, and is as seen in the picture, installed with a troweled margin to the perimeter of the slab.
